I am having trouble using the import tool to get tax data from LPL Financial. Message says "The import was unsuccessful. There isn't any tax-related info to import right now. ....
I remember there was a problem with importing from LPL in 2022. But, I could find evidence that this was a problem and it was being worked on. This time, I can find no commentary on this problem.
I have several LPL accounts, and I really do not want to input all the information manually. It usually works so effortlessly.

There was an update last night that MAY have solved your issue. Make sure you have the most updated software and try again.
Turbotax Deluxe 2025. Import tax document from LPL. Account number on 1099-DIV is 8 digits. It fails to connect on LPL. I retried using a minus sign as 1234-5678. OK, asks not a robot. Turbo reply: "We didn't find the right account types to connect at this provider. We can connect to LPL Financial but can't find the right kind of accounts." 11-digit document number is alphanumeric characters. "4 3 4" entered without spaces, Fails. Also fails with spaces or hyphens.
Using EDGE on WIN-11.
When the browser window opens to Sign In to your broker account, try clicking on the lock icon in front of the URL address and choosing 'Allow' under LAN settings.
