Unable to enter income info

3rd request...I have cleared all cookies (which should not be an issue), and the income screen still comes up blank.  I purchased this via a download from Amazon...apparently its a problem.  Can you please send me a disc?  I am using MS Windows 10, so that's not the issue either.  Have used TT for years, and never had this issue when I had a disc.

I purchase disc from Sam's club. Cant enter any income info from my w2

Are you trying to import it? If so, you may want to try to add it manually.

 

How do I manually enter my W-2?
