See if the steps outlined in these Turbo Tax FAQs help. If not, you may want to enter the information manually.

I am using TurboTax Premier 2020 on a MacBook Pro computer. The software says it’s up to date so there isn’t anything to update.
In the import screen as soon as I select Fundrise it gets stuck. I waited over 15 minutes and it was still hung. The import worked for other companies.
Hoping TurboTax will fix this soon.
Thanks

Lal

TurboTax needs to fix this issue!

Dear TurboTax support,

you need to report this issue and get it fixed asap. We are all having this issue that it crashes and keeps spinning when trying to import from Fundrise.

Report this to technical/development, get this issue fixed, and report back to us that it has been fixed so we can continue to finish our tax file.

It's not us or our computer, it is an issue/bug with TurboTax software so you need to fix it on your end.

Thank you.

This seems to be a software bug. I got the same problem with importing data from Fundrise but not any other financial institute.
It is really annoying since Fundrise forms are probably the most complex ones to manually enter... Please help to address ASAP.

This is still not working. I reported this case 2+ weeks ago to TurboTax and reported it today via Support call.

Hi everyone, Please also report this issue to Fundrise to ask them to help resolve this issue with TurboTax. I have already asked Fundrise for help and they told me they are looking into it. But it would be helpful if others also report this to Fundrise so they know it is a problem for everyone and that we are all waiting for this issue to get fixed asap so we can finish our tax filing. Thanks!

This is not helpful. It's the desktop product. It's not cache related. You guys need to fix this.

I'm having the same issue.   Got a message from TurboTax asking me to call the support line.  Really?  If a support person has fixed even ONE case with this problem, then why not post the solution?    PLEASE, TurboTax,... escalate this issue to get fixed!

I'm having the same issue.   I contacted Fundrise to see if they can help Turbotax figure out their problem.  Then I filled out TurboTax's "contact" form in hopes it will generate some attention.

Got this message from Fundrise, they are working on it with TurboTax!...

Thank you for following up. Our engineers are currently working with TurboTax to resolve the issue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

I hope to be in touch with an update in the coming days.

I am having the same issue and Turbotax needs to have error recovery/timeout so you don't have to force/quit (Mac) if something goes wrong.  All other imports work fine and if this one doesn't then turn it off or fix it.  Seriously for a company like yours to allow this issue to go on for so long is not making sense to me.  Otherwise, everything works great.

Seeing the exact same problem. Only fundrise fails and this is the only thing stopping me from filing taxes. Manually entering Fundrise forms is a pain that I would really like to not go through. When is the expected fix coming Turbotax?

also getting the same spinning rainbow and non-responsive app crashing when trying to import from Fundrise.  Hoping that this will be fixed soon!

Same problem, ridiculous that it's been weeks since reporting and it still crashes TurboTax.

It's time for us to smell the coffee.  TurboTax has YET to even acknowledge this issue.  I conclude that his forum is not really monitored by anyone of importance at TurboTax.     I just bit the bullet and manually entered all the Fundrise data.   I'm done with it now and can move on.
