TurboTax Online not completing filing

After completing all steps, including payment for Turbotax (receipt received) and submitting routing numbers for tax due, I cannot complete filing or get a copy of the return.  I'm stuck being sent back to a screen that says:

My 2024 Tax Return: Up Next: Recommended:  undefined

Any suggestions?

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, you will need to correct your return and/or update your program by following the onscreen instructions.

 

If you continue having issues, you can check some of our common solutions. ‌If your tax return can't be e-filed for some reason, TurboTax will let you know.
