TurboTax Live agent said Line-By-Line review needs the Full Service Option??

When I refer to this thread https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/taxes/discussion/where-can-i-ask-for-a-line-by-line-review/00/1203874

also from the online ordering page,

it clearly says with turbotax Live has "get a line-by-line review" included?

 

Can someone clarify do I need Full Service option to have a line-by-line review done after I have filled out everything?

 

 

Why does the turbo live agent tell me I have to get Full Service? I have already filled out everything myself and just want a line by line review... how do I activate that?

Try setting up your review again---you may have gotten hold of someone who does not understand what they are being paid for.
