TurboTax keeps redirecting me when I click “I want to refile online”. What am I doing wrong?

I had to refile because my AGI was wrong. I have tried using windows, safari, chrome, bing and the mobile app.

Which tax year are you trying to file ?

Clear your cookies and/or switch browsers  then complete the FILE tab again from the beginning.  Also since the IRS will not start processing returns until after tomorrow you may need to wait for that error message to clear.
