Turbotax imported the UNCORRECTED 1099

So I see I have a 1099 and a corrected 1099 on Etrade. TurboTax imported the UNCORRECTED version. Is there no way I can get it to import the corrected one?

What's the point in using this software if I have to check all of the #s myself?

TurboTax populates the data based on the form sent by the financial institution when you start your import process. If the financial institution sent the incorrect form, you can remove the already populated form and attempt the import again. Sometimes financial institutions will update the data in their servers after the fact. If this new import still populates the old form, you will need to remove the incorrect form and manually enter the data. Please also inform E*Trade of this issue, as they have total control of the data in their servers.
