TurboTax has helped me none last year or this year. How do I cancel filing with turbo tax and file with a different company?

There are no other posts in the user forum under your username xsavior21----so it does not appear that you have sought any help in the user forum.    

 

You do not have to "do" anything to leave TurboTax and prepare your tax returns elsewhere.   If you prepared any past returns using TT, it would be a good idea for  you to print out copies of your returns for your own records if you have not already done that.

 

  You have to access your own account and/or  print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
