Turbotax asks me if I wish to 'Upgrade to Premier' or 'Continue with Deluxe'. When I click on 'Continue with Deluxe' Turbotax responds with the spinning wheel forever?
How can I continue with Deluxe without paying extra to upgrade to Premier?

Please clear the cookies and cache on your web browser, and then log back into Turbo Tax and try again.

I am using the desktop/downloaded version of TuroTax and has nothing to do with a web browser. This suggestion of clearing the cache on my web browser was not helpful.
