The patch that is listed is not compatible with Home and Business. It appears that no one at Turbo Tax is working to resolve this issue.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, updating manaully and nothing is working.
I am not able to file my taxes using this software. If this is not resolve, I will have no choice but to use a differnt software. In addition, no one is addressing this

Too late. I tried to E file, they took my payment for state filing. Then when I clicked on file it would not file.
I have a MAC and the trouble shoot instructions said close the file and reopen. My entire tax file is now gone, not saved anywhere even though I had opened it several times before in the last month.
