TurboTax 2022 Premier crashes when importing asking to import W2 document.

It GUI deceptively says that W2 forms can be imported, and then requires (with no other options) to login to the intuit.com website. Any subsequent attempt to login to intuit.com crashes TurboTax.

1) Failure in attempt to import it using my company id and SS#.

2) Failure in attempt to import via W2 PDF file. This attempt requires signing into intuit.com. When I try to signin, TurboTax crashes!

This is a basic feature that should be working without any effort!

If you are using the Download/Desktop version, you will need to make sure you have updated your software.  To manually update for Windows, please see the Help Article here.  For Mac, please see this Help Article.

Heather!
Thank you for your response, really appreciate it!

I have updated the original post with details!
The quality of TurboTax has been degrading over the years.

If this is not resolved soon, I will be forced to return TurboTax to Costco for

a full refund and use an alternate tax software.

Heather, this is nothing to do with you. It has everything to do with

Intuit's lack of integrity in it's products. And Intuit will eventually pay

the price of loosing it's market share.

Any progress on this?

I'm able to reproduce this failure with the latest turbotax updates 03/15/2023.
