Turbo wont let me finish and file keeps getting stuck on address format

The address on the card you are paying your fees with must match the address on your tax return.  Is that it?

Or is it that your forms are not yet ready? Many forms are not yet ready, because it is very early to file.  Click on Review to see if you are waiting for forms.  The IRS will not be accepting returns until the end of January.

Have you clicked the foreign country address?  See directions below.

  • On the far left, click on My Info.
  • Under Personal info summary, click on Edit to the right of Mailing address
  • See drop down menu under Enter your current mailing address

I can't get past the browser update. I'm doing my return on my LG Phone. I use chrome to get in but I cannot go further. I need to speak with a specialist on the phone.

My tax files won't file electronically because the state lile address is all caps.  How do I edit the address information?

@penmacco Which address are you trying to update? Are you trying to update your address or an address entered on a W-2? Can you please provide some more details so we can better assist you.
