Turbo tax download issues

I download forms, it says it needs review, and then it asks me to download again.  I am stuck in a loop it seems

If you are using the Download/Desktop version, you will need to make sure you have updated your software.  To manually update for Windows, please see the Help Article here.  For Mac, please see this Help Article.

To clarify your issue, what forms are you downloading?

Please follow the instructions here if you are having trouble importing your 1099. 

 

If you are unable to import still, you can follow the instructions here to enter a large number of stock transactions in Turbo Tax.
