I recommend trying another browser and checking your internet connection, to ensure you are hardwired.

When you receive an error message in TurboTax Online, logging out of TurboTax and back in often resolves the issue. If that doesn't work, changing browsers (Chrome usually works well), or clearing your cache and cookies often helps.

Try clearing your cache and cookies.  If after trying all of the options mentioned you still have the same problem:

See this help article and this one for instructions on how to contact TurboTax customer support depending on which product you are using.

I contacted customer support and they said they don't know.  Said to get my computer checked out but I tried on another computer.  Not much help.

If you have tried different browsers, cleared your cache and cookies, and still get an error in TurboTax Online, it could be your internet settings (or spam or virus blockers), since you mentioned you tried another computer (assuming it was another computer using your same internet connection).

Make sure you don't have any other programs running in the background (like email).

You may want to try using a Download or CD version of TurboTax.

I'm a PC tech and have the same issue after attempts to fix.

I can login to my account fine, and can click to see 'products & billing', but when I click on the list of turbotax products (so I can see the detailed cards/info for each product, that's when I get the 'something went wrong' message.

I've tried 6 days straight, no luck.

I've tried on 2 different PC's, no luck

I've tried on a cell phone not connected to the WiFi - no luck. And it wouldn't be cookies or cache, as I've never tried to login to my account from phone until just now.

I've rebooted PC's and rebooted cell phone no luck

I believe in my case it's a bug with how you've redone the accounts since the changes in access. I had at least two different accounts with the same password - one was with a username, and one was with an email. The one with username got me directly to the turbotax product/keys download page, and the one with an email login got me to Quickbooks. Now I see both are available from the same account, but maybe it has the wrong account? Or they merged my accounts incorrectly?

Never a problem in the past 6-7 years previously.

Please fix ASAP!
