Trouble Activating Deluxe Desktop Version

Hello.  I am not able to launch the 2022 tax year desktop Deluxe version.  After providing the license code, I receive a message to disable the virus or restart the modem.  It is not a connectivity issue and I am not able to disable the virus/firewall protection (work computer).  I do open the .exe as an administrator.  Any other thoughts on a work around or other options?   Thank you.
