The Intuit Electronic Filing System is having difficulty recognizing the data - Turbotax Business CD

I'm trying to e-file my business taxes. Here is what I've done so far. 

 

Steps I've already tried. 

Updated software (saw that this helped others)

Only e-file for federal (saw this helped someone but not for me)

Checked all errors

I'm currently using the CD on Windows. 

 

The error message reads: "The Intuit Electronic Filing System is having difficulty recognizing the data in the return you are sending. Make sure your TurbotTax program is up-to-date: Go to the Online Menu and select Check for Updates. If you still can't transmit your return, go to www.support.turbotax.com for a solution or workaround. In some cases, you may need to file this return by mail. - null"

Spoke to someone in support today. I was escalated twice. The last representative was very kind and helpful but we were still not able to identify the issue. I was on the phone for 45minutes before I had to leave. 

 

Other things we tried:

- Changing the address

- Checked all forms were approved by IRS

- Checked phone number was US based. 

 

None worked. Still looking for a solution
