Tax Year Prior to 2020: How do I download 2019 turbo tax to my computer?

If you purchased the 2019 software as a download from TurboTax then sign onto your download account here - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts

My computer died and I had to buy a new one.  It does not have a disc drive.  I bought turboTax at Costco  and  it on the old one. That computer is gone.  How do I download it to my new computer? 

You can download your software directly from TurboTax if you still have the license code from the CD you purchased. Please follow these steps:

1. Go to InstallTurboTax.com.
2. Set up a TurboTax account if you don't already have one.
3. Enter your license code in the pop up window. (It’s a 14-character combination of letters and numbers (XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) found on your CD box insert)
4. Select your operating system, and select Get Download.
5. Download your software and install.
   • When you get to the Your product is installed, now let's activate it screen, enter your license code in the License code box, and select Continue to complete installation.

There are some serious glitches in this year's program and I honestly wouldn't recommend downloading it. I have used Turbotax  (& Quicktax) since 1993 and this year is the worst I have ever seen. I would recommend trying another program.
