Possibles First try:
1) Shut down TTX
2) Reboot your computer entirely.
3) Download and install the special "Manual Update" (windows only, takes 5-10 min)
4)Restart TTX, open your tax file, and try the OR steps again..
Second try:
So...Save your tax file and Exit TurboTax....then:
1) right click TurboTax 2019 icon
2) Select … Properties
3) Select the Compatibility tab
4) In the "Settings" box … check the box to "Run this program as an administrator"
5) Apply...OK...then restart the program and try again

I got a Primier Tax 2109, but i cannot download State of California to complete my income tax. It kept saying the system will be automatically update, but no luck at all. Any clues.
If you are using a Windows computer...here's a new fix file issued yesterday:
