Should i trust this? received an email from TurboTax@e.turbotax.intuit.com stating someone was using my information for a tax refund and to call 1-866-602-4279.

im trying to figure out if this is a real email or not. it is saturday and they said i have 48 hours to reply. i tried calling the customer support number listed on google and they are closed. i also messaged turbo tax support on twitter and im not necessarily expecting a response since it is the weekend. im trying to understand if this is trustworthy or not.

i wouldn't. Turbotax has no way of knowing that someone else filed for a refund using your personal info.

Any phone numbers you find on the internet or google might be fake or some other scam place that might charge you or mess up your computer. Only one way to call
