Experiencing the same issue. Followed all the instructions in the community forum and it’s not working.
The same problem here. Tells me that email is missing, but I have one verified in the account. Also, when I click on the link it takes me to My Info section on the Tax return where there is no box to add email. Frustrating.
Problem: Verifying your order says an email is missing from the "My Info" section, but there is no place to enter an email there.
