I spoke to a expert this morning through TurboTax and they said that I was able to reduce my fees and not pay a hundred and twenty to get my taxes done plus the 60 I believe. I'm just trying to wrap this up but I'm unable to get my fees reduced
@Callie6982 Did you already e-file or are you still working on the return and want to downgrade to a less expensive version? Your post is not clear. We cannot tell what you have done and have no access to any information that was given to you by customer support. No one in the user forum can help with billing.

The information that you can enter in Free Edition is pretty limited now. Thanks to the new tax laws that began for 2018 returns, there are no more simple Form 1040EZ or 1040A's. Everything goes on a Form 1040 that has three extra "schedules" with it, and if you need any of those schedules, you are not able to use the Free Edition.
