I would like to report a potential bug that I encountered while preparing my business taxes for my partnership LLC this year while using TurboTax Business 2024.
I entered all the required information and had no errors on Federal or State Tax (CA and NC) review. For NC Partnership returns, the LLC is required to pay taxes on behalf of the non-resident partners. In previous versions of TurboTax Business (prior to 2023), the tax paid by the LLC on behalf of a non-resident partner would be reflected in their NC K-1 (D-403) Part B. However, in the current return, NC K-1 Part B is blank for all partners. Upon reviewing this in the Forms view, it appears that there should be values on Line 6 (income attributable to NC) and Line 9 (tax paid by partnership to NC on behalf of non-resident partner).
As this could be affecting others as well, would it be possible for someone at Intuit to look over my info and figure out what is wrong? I have shared the diagnostic file under token# (9847720) dash (65272171).
Thank you in advance.

Thank you for sharing your token file. The development team has been made aware of the experience you described and it will be corrected. However, there is no specific time frame for when this might happen.
In the meantime, you can use Forms Mode to enter the correct values on the K-1s for each partner. Just go to each K-1 and type the numbers directly into line 6 and line 9 using the guidelines below:
For line 6, use the value shown on the Form D-403, page 3, Part 4, Schedule B, line 17 (corresponding partner amount) plus the partner's share of Form D-403, page 1, Part 1, line 10.
For line 9, use the value from Form D-403, page 3, Part 4, Schedule C, line 20 for each nonresident partner.
If the "NR partner has signed Affirmation, Partnership does not pay tax" box at the top of Schedule NC K-1 is marked, this line is blank.
