My page won't load, the File tab, "order review" won't load properly and is giving me a white screen. I was told to call back but the system denies me.

You made need to switch browsers. Clear the cache and delete the cookies on your computer, open a new browser, sign back into your account and try again.

I have tried all of these things and still cannot get the order review to load.

I have tried Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.  I have restarted my computer.  I have cleared caches and cookies.  I have logged out and back in and the same blank page loads.

 

Even when I go to the print center and select "pay now" to review my order, a get a blank page.

I was actually able to fix this on my own! Just skip the "Review" section and click the "File" section in the sidebar. Should take you through the e-file process.
