My account is locked on the screen for turbotax live My Expert and I cannot get back to my account to see other tax information?

My screen is locked to the My Expert screen? The only options I have now is Intuit Account, Sign Out or My Expert. Everytime I log in to Turbo Tax it logs me into this screen only. I cannot see old taxes that I have filed for the last five years and need to see my 2019 to file with my new turbotax account. Need help unlocking the old account.

Please clear the cookies and cache on your web browser.

He is not the only one having this problem.  I cleared my cache and cookies.  When I logged back in, I was still locked into the expert advisor screen, without access to my past tax returns.  As I have seen other complaints about this, maybe you should look into where the glitch is in your system.  I will contact support, but it needs to be addressed.
