Am using a Dell desktop with Windows 11. Any suggestions?
One of Turbotax's technicians showed be how to completely delete Turbotax from my computer (https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/diagnostics/forcefully-uninstall-turbotax-windows-8-1-10-11/L02V7GKz3_US_en_US) and then had me reinstall from my CD. That didn't work, however, by deleting Turbotax and then downloading from Intuit, that did the trick.
Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.
