I used a CD installed version of TurboTax Premier. When I went to e-File I kept getting "Validation Failure" indications saying I didn't have the latest updates installed. After multiple "check for available updates" and being told I was current I still got the same message. I called TurboTax support. Wound up having to download a "on line" version of TurboTax Premier and using that to open my saved return and file electronically. Apparently, I wasn't the first CD version that had come across this problem.
