Is anyone having trouble with the Live Agent being connected?? I have tried 3 times at this point no issues with my internet connection, just won't connect.

Please log completely out of TurboTax, then try clearing out your browser's cache and delete the cookies stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.

I was told 3 days ago that my agent was "having technical difficulty" ~ my tax experience has now lasted 8 days in total. I'm trying to cancel it entirely and cancel the work with the agent so I can actually get my taxes done. How do I do this today? Immediately and without penalty.
