Please see the following TurboTax FAQ to troubleshoot any issues that you're having trying to e-file your return: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/e-file/help/what-if-transmit-returns-doesn-t-work/00/25805

These solutions does not work. I have tried contacting your support MULTIPLE times and have been of no use. Please help fix this issue. I have been trying for 5 days straight. I tried all your solutions and tried on three different browsers(Chrome, edge, Mozilla) and cleared all cookies and history. I also tried from my iPhone. It gives the same error.

Did anyone find a way to fix this issue?

Exact Same issue. I have been trying this over 2 weeks. Called support. No resolution whatsoever. And this very poor from Intuit's side. As a note, we are charged before the filing is done and if the filing is not done.

If you are getting a message suggesting that TurboTax is under maintenance, you may need to clear your cache.  Your browser stores recently visited webpages as temporary files in a cache, which enables the pages to load more quickly when revisited.

However, a full or corrupted cache can cause problems in TurboTax, so sometimes you need to clear your cache (that is, remove these temporary files).

Here are the official instructions for the most popular browsers:

Apple's official support site doesn't appear to contain instructions for clearing the cache in Safari. Your best bet is to search the Internet for clear Safari cache or similar search terms.

If your cache isn't the issue, it might be best to delete it and start again.

This problem has been over 2 weeks already.  I called to the support and nothing is solved.  Clear all cookies, history, use Safari, Edge.  All don't work.

What should i do now?
