I was in the loyalty program but it's still saying I have to pay for Deluxe even though they sent an e-mail literally saying Deluxe will be free this year?

Even when I go to "pay now' it says I am paying for deluxe even though I should only be paying for state filing. The e-mail said I would not be paying for deluxe.
They did actually charge for deluxe, I checked my bank account, so now I'm trying to get a refund for what they said would be free.
