Please feel free to contact Customer Support so they can assist you. If you inquire about a refund, you will want to use the keywords billing issues when you call so you get to the right person.

Did you enter all your info and income but the 1040 printed out blank? Been seeing posts about that. I'll try to find some.

Do you see your return filled out on the screen? You might need to update your Adobe Reader program and see this old post for ideas

Completed return is printing blank forms but can see data on print preview screen.Have most recent adobe. What else can I try?
