I used turbotax to file 1065 return, no problem, but the program issues an error when I try to purchase MD, any ideas?

I tried purchase MD but I keep getting error messages: Hmm... it looks like we’ve hit a slight snag
Please try again or check back in a bit. Ever since 3/8/2024, any ideas?

Are you still experiencing this problem?

 

Make sure you have ran all updates.

I followed your suggestions but nothing you provided helped with this issue, just wasted my time.  I tried calling support, but could not get through the automated process.  I ended up preparing my return the old school way, by hand. I will never license another TurboTax product, you lost $55 (for the state return) in revenue this year and lots more in future years,   probably does not matter to Intuit,  but I hope I made my point, your service was terrible.

i cleared the cashe, but i am still able to pay to add another state.

 

very frustrating.  called turbotax........no help

did not work...had to call Turbotax and the agent had to assist.
