I received an "Oops, something went wrong." message. How can I get to my tax return?

If you are receiving this error, you will want to log out of your TurboTax account and proceed with deleting cookies and clearing cache.   Please find the following links that will assist you with that. Additionally, you may want to try a different browser.

This did not work. Still getting the error. It has to do with Refund Advance but I cannot clear it. I have tried clearing cookies/cache, and multiple browsers.

Please try the steps here to see if this will allow you to clear the error since this is related to a Refund Advance. 

was able to edit the section by adding the state information and then going back to federal s the system could pick up on changes.
