I receive error 102346 when trying to open a .pdf of my 2019 return. When I "click for solution" It take me to your TurboTax online. Solution? Where is the solution?

I can't find the .tax file. Gone.

how do I open a saved pdf file with the error 102346?

It tells me something about using a backup file. what's this?

close the program and try again it worked for me
