I purchased the disk and have an account. I am asked for payment options. Where would I input the code ?

Be careful---you are posting from online Deluxe.  That license code is for desktop software--the CD/download.  Have you accidentally gone online to the wrong software?  The code does not work for online TurboTax.  Did you prepare a tax return using online TT by mistake?
