Did you purchase desktop software at Best Buy? If so you should be using the program by opening it up from your own hard drive. You are posting from online Premier so it looks like instead of using your installed program you wandered online and logged on to an online account. That is why it is asking you to pay. Call customer support and see if they can talk you through moving your return onto the software you installed on your computer and should have used,
