I paid for both Deluxe and Premium. Is that correct? $69 in total

I’m not sure if I needed to pay for both / can someone please confirm?

Do you mean you upgraded from Deluxe to Premier?   You pay the fee for using Premier.    Or do you mean you chose Premium services to have the fees deducted from your federal refund?    Premier is not the same as Premium.

If your TurboTax fees are higher than expected, you can reduce them by removing add-ons:
