Yes you guys had four emails on this phone number I only have one email xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx on the phone number xxxxxxxxxx

That usually happens when another person had the phone number before you did. Maybe three other people had that number before you.

Or someone else accidentally typed their number wrong. If you got an email that wasn't for you then just ignore it. It didn't affect anything of yours.

Or you mean to log into your Turbo Tax account?
