I need to find the activation code from when I downloaded the program but your support sends you to other places?

I bought Turbotax Standard 2019 from Costco. Activation Code Card has a code of less than 21 digits. Unable to activate. What do I do

I don't know if the Canada codes are a different length than USA. This is the USA forum.

Did you buy the US program? US is 14 digits.
