I made a new account with the same email I used to file last year, now I am unable to find last years AGI. I do not know how to find my AGI from last year now.

I have an email from TT last year that confirms that it is the same email I made a new account with. I do not know why it would allow me to make a new account with the same email address. Is there any way to find the old account and log into that one to get my AGI?

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Start the 2024 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

On the Tax Home webpage -

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year 2023 and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

Under that section it says "You haven't filed your taxes with TurboTax yet." because it is under this "new" account. But I can confirm I used this email last year with a confirmation email from the e-file to prove.

It is not the email address that give you access to an account, it is the User ID and password used to create the account.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for how to view all of your TurboTax accounts - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/account-management/many-intuit-accounts-turbotax/L9aVfKS1Z_US_en_US?uid=ll5g6zcx

The email was used for the UserID for both of the accounts, I tried the link and do not see the other account listed there.

As DoninGa mentioned, if you filed with TurboTax last year but used a different email address and account, your AGI might be there. Try signing in with another email address, or find out how to access your other accounts (you'll need to sign out of this account first).

If this doesn't work, you can also get the information from the IRS or mail it in your return. See the link below for more information.
