I keep trying to e file my forms , it tells me to go online my software is not up to date , so I go online to update software ,it then tells me your software is up to date ,so I try filing it again and I get the same message

If you're having trouble updating your TurboTax 2019 for Windows Individual software using the "Check for Updates" method, you can get the latest federal program update here:

  1. Close TurboTax and all other programs except this browser window.
  2. Click here to download the 183 MB update.
  3. Save the update file to your Windows desktop.
  4. Double-click the update file w_perrelsuperpatch... on your desktop to install the manual update.

I am experiencing the same issue.  I tried to uninstall and reinstall the software.  I even exchange the software in the store for a different copy and the same thing.  After spending at least 10 hours doing this and being on the phone with TurboTax I finally was told there is a known issue and it is affecting many users.  There were not able to provide any ETA except that it is a known issue and they are working on it.

 

Please respond to post if able when it is working as I hope I can try again tonight to submit the return.

I have followed the instructions for the bug fix , still having same issue will not let me file , endless loop

This is not helpful at all.

 

I have spent hours on the phone with TT and tried countless of things and nothing.

 

Everyone would like to know when a update to State will happen as currently there is only a fix for 2 States.

 

Please also train your people for technical issues as every time I call they are having me do the same thing and not trying to help by escalating my issue.
