I just filed my 2020 taxes on 2/21/21 my Il state electronic file has been denied. I do I Find my tax return that was done??

Likewise, my Form IL-1065-V, Payment Voucher for Partnerships is not completed so my entire attempt to file is prevented.  I have several emails from TurboTax telling me this for is complete and available, but these are all a lie.
