CD/Download instructions for E-file reject IND-031-04 or IND-032-04: The AGI or Self-select PIN from last year doesn't match IRS records IND 031-04

Same problem as this user.  Paid for Efile and been rejected 6 times.  AGI is right (Checked Transcript).  PIN is correct (Hasn't changed) and now I am told well you can always file by mail.  How do i get my money back if i have to do that.  And why should I have to?  Some instructions say put a $0 in 2019 AGI (Isn't that lying about your federal income taxes to the government.  Or just say you didn't file in 2019.  Again another lie. 

 

Come on, Man to quote the Old guy in the White House.  You guys are Intuit.  Surely you have better answers.
