We don't know if it's the same as last year or they changed the install but last year......
If you installed from the CD it seems you can not download it from online now. You can't do both CD and download. See the info on this FAQ
So you need to call in to get the download pushed to your account.
Or try copying the CD to a usb flash drive. See SteamTrains post here
@TommyMandy70 - it is a little 'kludgy' how TT does this... log on to your account (I assume you are advantage) and follow the instructions on the 1st pop up screen... it says 'lets get your download started! DO NOT BYPASS THAT POPUP SCREEN - which was the mistake I made!
what they are asking for is the activation code from the CD you already have...that indicates to TT that you already have the CD and THAT will launch the process of providing a downloadable version (with a different activation code).

Easiest way is to simply copy the installation file from the first computer using a thumb drive to move it to the new computer.
If you used the CD to install on the first computer you cannot switch to the download without contacting TT support to get a download pushed to you.

@VolvoGirl @Critter-3 - if you are 'advantage', you can download a copy to your desktop without calling the sup;port desk; it is self-service.....see my response above in this thead.
Use one of the options mentioned already ... move the installation file OR contact TT support.
