I have changed my phone number several times but when I go to file for text updates it still shows my old disconnected number

@Lyndamillerjones Follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax Online account.
2. Select Intuit Account in the lower left corner.
3. On the Welcome! screen, select Sign in & security.
4. Confirm that "Verified" is listed beside your telephone number.

You will need to select the verify link if your phone number has not been verified.
