I got a notice saying that IDNotify has found something. The instructions given in the email don't work. I can't find any way to access IDNotify from turbotax. any ideas?

Regarding the instructions given in the email that "don't work"... basically all it says is:

"Please sign in to your TurboTax account to view more details about the alert and recommended actions you can take."

There is nothing obvious to check related to this alert once logged in. I can't find a messages or alerts area in the intuit web interface.

You will need to sign in to IDNotify to see what the alert is about.

How do I sign in to IDNotify?

that's the problem... the instructions just say "Open the link in the email to sign in to your account." I never got an email from IDNotify or Intuit regarding how to sign in to the account.

If I try to retrieve my username/password at the IDNotify website it just says "Unfortunately we encountered an error. Please try again." after I submit the form.

The email from IDNotify says to click on this link:
https://sso.identitymanagementcenter.com/sp/startSSO.ping?PartnerIdpId=sso:imc:90000108

When I do that, all it does it redirect to TurboTax and try to make me start on my 2023 taxes. There is nothing in TurboTax or any of the Intuit account management pages that mentions IDNotify.

Attempting to log in directly to IDNotify just gets that "Unfortunately we encountered an error. Please try again." error. I feel like the SSO redirection destination configured by Intuit must just be incorrect. It needs to go back to identitymanagementcenter.com.

There doesn't seem to be any way to contact Intuit for customer support besides this forum.

Thanks, I seriously could not find how to contact customer support anywhere. Crazy this is the support system for such a huge product and company.

In a roundabout way, I came across this link that WORKS!!! The alert link is worthless!

https://portal.idnotify.com/dashboard

Maybe someone in customer service will eventually care enough to get the alert emails corrected.
