I filed my taxes and have a payment that was due on April 15th. Now that the federal deadline is July 1, will that automatically change my payment date?

Yes, your payment deadline has been extended for ninety days until July 15th.  Here is a link on How are my taxes are affected by COVID 19? for some more helpful information

You will need to contact your state department of revenue to cancel your payment date for the state taxes owed.  Whether or not your state has implemented the same dates for a tax payment as federal is not known.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for contacting your state department of revenue - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/state-taxes/help/how-do-i-contact-my-state-department-of-revenue/01/25573

I don't think the federal  payment change date is automatic.  You have to initiate it.
