I downloaded turbotax 2018 deluxe to a machine running Yosemite and it will not open. Thank you, [REMOVED]. Order# [REMOVED]. Ordered on 3-7-2019

What action would you suggest? The easiest may be to refund me and then I will purchase on another machine running Mojave. Unless you have a fix.

You don't have to buy it again. You can download it again the same way to another Mac.
