I downloaded 2016 disc, asks if I'll allow app to make changes to my computer, I said no, doesn't open app. If I have to answer yes what are the changes? Thank you.

In this case, the "changes" are simply the installation of a new program. You need to answer "yes".

Yes. I was charged for an extension. I NEVER SELECTED THAT. Sorry, but would like a refund for $5+. Thanks
