I double paid to have my daughters taxes done thru Turbo Tax,how do I get that credited- can I even get it credited?

You will have to contact TurboTax Customer service: Turbo Tax Customer Service.

You will need to contact TurboTax support for the problem. Use the key words Billing Issue
