What do you mean?  You don't receive a 1040.  You fill out the 1040 by entering all your income. Are you done?  Did you file yet?  You can download a pdf of your return.

Before filing,  You can preview the 1040 or print the whole return

How to access your return after Efiling or printed for mailing.

You do not ''receive" a 1040.   You use that form to prepare and file your tax return.   Here is what one looks like:

https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040.pdf

If you start entering information into TurboTax you are preparing your own Form 1040.

A 1040 is the tax return form you prepare here to send to the IRS.   If you start entering data in this software you are preparing a Form 1040.   Please look at it so you will know what you are sending to the IRS:

Do you really mean you did not receive a W-2 to show the wages you received?  Or something else?
